Use this service to upload game dumps.

Dump Upload Service

Thank you for helping us improve our games. You have been given a code by our customer experience team.

Please follow these three steps

Enable Dump Generation

  1. Download the registry file and run it (double click on it)
  2. Create a directory in the root of your C: drive named dice_dumps

Your computer is now set up to generate dumps. If a DICE game crashes, a 1-2GB file will be written to C:\dice_dumps. Please upload that file in the step below.

Upload Game Dumps

Please provide the code given to you by the service representive

Disable Dump Generation

You can disable dump generation at any time

  1. Download the registry file and run it (double click on it)
  2. Remove the C:\dice_dumps directory

Your computer will no longer generate dumps for DICE games
